The General and Digestive Surgery service has been the first to apply the most advanced techniques such as 3D Laparoscopic surgery for obesity, diabetes, the adrenal gland, spleen, hiatal hernia, gall bladder and inguinal hernia. Laparoscopic Oncological Surgery is used to treat cancer of the colon and rectum, oesophagus and stomach, pancreas and liver, as well as Breast-conserving surgery and the most modern laser techniques in Proctology (rectal prolapse, haemorrhoids, fissures, fistulas). We also perform one-port umbilical surgery (an umbilical incision which is virtually imperceptible used for all the above-mentioned cases).
